Job summary

Premier Health Partners’ Miami Valley Hospital is seeking a PRN Pharmacy Technician to assist in the preparation, distribution and documentation of medication orders under supervision.

Responsibilities include reading physician orders, supporting dispensing processes and maintaining accurate records within the pharmacy department. Strong teamwork, English literacy and basic computer skills are essential to perform daily tasks and support patient care.

Qualifications

• Status: PRN / Support role in Pharmacy.
• Minimum education: High School completion / GED.
• Must be enrolled in a College of Pharmacy, with emphasis in Pharmacy.
• Licensed Pharmacy Intern.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation, distribution and documentation of medication orders.
• Read physician orders and support dispensing processes under supervision.
• Provide accurate record-keeping within the pharmacy department.
• Collaborate with healthcare staff to support patient care.
