Qualifications

• High School Graduate or GED equivalent.
• Basic typing and word processing ability.
• Pharmacy Intern Registration may be required by State Board of Pharmacy in KS and/or MO.

Responsibilities

• Performs all duties under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist.
• Assists in accurate medication order filling, compounding and record keeping for timely delivery.
• Operates computer systems to input medication orders and retrieve patient information.
• Assists in maintaining pharmacy inventory and record keeping in accordance with state and federal law.
• Participates in quality management programs and continuous improvement initiatives.
