Responsibilities

• Provide customer service in the pharmacy and assist customers with prescriptions.
• Answer phones and emails, routing inquiries as needed.
• Maintain electronic patient records and insurance information.
• Assist in preparing and dispensing medications under pharmacist supervision.
• Handle inventory, stocking, and quarterly inspections.
