Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited School of Pharmacy.
• PharmD required.
• Current license to practice pharmacy in North Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, direct, and manage the hospital pharmacy.
• Oversee the antimicrobial stewardship program.
• Oversee Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee; manage medication protocols and order sets.
• Provide leadership and clinical support for all areas within Pharmacy services.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal guidelines and hospital/JCAHO standards.
