Job summary

Lower Bucks Hospital, part of Prime Healthcare, is seeking a Pharmacist to join its hospital pharmacy team on a per diem basis. You will support patient care across medical, surgical, ICU, and emergency services, focusing on patient safety and accurate med dispensation.

Applicants must hold a current state Pharmacist License, have BS Pharmacy (or PharmD preferred), and be eligible for BLS/ACLS certification. Hospital operations experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current state Pharmacist license.
• Experience in hospital pharmacy operations preferred.
• BS in Pharmacy required; PharmD preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities of the hospital pharmacy to provide high-quality pharmaceutical care.
• Ensure patient safety in all aspects of medication use across units (general medicine/surgical, ICU, obstetrics/gynecology, pediatrics, Emergency, Oncology).
• Support diverse patient care areas and outpatient services as needed.
