Job summary

Qualifications

• RPH certification from the state of Texas required.

• 20 hours of sterile compounding training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensures medications meet the highest standards.
• Participates in patient, caregiver, and community education.
• Supports patient safety systems.
• Checks all communications (email, mailbox, voicemail) each shift.
• Maintains smooth pharmacy operations and models behavior for staff.
• Maintains investigational drug records per policy.
• Contribute to medication management process.
• Conduct discharge medication reviews and counseling.
