Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year hospital pharmacy experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process medication orders via CPOE; evaluate regimens for safety and effectiveness.
• Lead sterile compounding and NICU/pediatric dosing per policy.
• Collaborate with clinicians to optimize therapy and ensure NJ/federal compliance.
• Supervise technicians and maintain quality and safety standards.
• Maintain documentation and participate in quality assurance activities.
