Responsibilities

• Implements direct patient care programs including Medication Therapy Management, Immunization Services, and Adherence & Clinical Programs to drive business goals.
• Ensures regulatory compliance, SOPs and FDA requirements.
• Drives financial performance by aligning pharmacy programs with company goals.
• Provides clinical consultation and knowledge to patients, doctors, and insurers.
• Promotes teamwork and staff development; mentors pharmacists and field leadership.
• Performs data/clinical reviews to ensure accuracy and appropriateness of medications.
• Reviews drug histories and patient profiles for safe drug therapy, with individualized consultation.
• Handles patient therapy questions and provides counseling.
