Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Attend discharge planning meetings each morning.
• Oversee the medication reconciliation process.
• Collaborate with providers for medication orders.
• Educate patients on new medications or complex regimens.
• Monitor patients receiving TPN.
• Respond to codes, traumas and critical patients when available.
• Verify automated dispensing cabinets (Omnicell) as scheduled.
• Participate in on-call rotation with 30-minute response time.
• Supervise filling/dispensing for Employee Prescription plan.
• Review orders for dosing and accuracy in outpatient treatment.
