Job summary

Dartmouth Health is seeking a per diem Pharmacist in Vermont to dispense medications, monitor therapies, and support immunization services. You will work under supervision as needed and maintain high standards of patient care in a hospital pharmacy setting.

Qualifications

• VT pharmacist license required.
• Pharmacy degree (Bachelor or Doctor of Pharmacy).
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Vaccination administration approved by VT Board of Pharmacy.

Responsibilities
