Qualifications

Responsibilities

• The Pharmacist is responsible for assuring the effective and efficient provision of pharmaceutical care services.
• Perform all duties necessary to provide for the effective daily operation of departmental services and programs.
• The Pharmacist is proactively involved in safe, rational and cost-effective therapeutic decision making.
• In the course of performing duties, supervises residents, students and supportive personnel as assigned.
