Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold a degree from an Accredited College of Pharmacy.
• Residency in hospital pharmacy strongly preferred.
• Strong communication skills with health care personnel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate dispensing of unit dose and IV medications.
• Monitor patient drug therapies and review meds for safety and efficacy.
• Supervise support staff during shifts and train students.
• Provide drug information to patients and staff.
• Participate in education of pharmacy students and residents.
