Olean General Hospital is seeking a Pharmacist to join the OGH Pharmacy team in Olean, NY. Under supervision, you will review physician orders, prepare and dispense medications, and participate in patient medication monitoring activities.

The role includes supervising pharmacy technicians and ensuring adherence to procedures. Eligible Pennsylvania licensure or active licensure, plus eligibility for New York licensure within 90 days, is required. A valid driver's license is also needed.

Qualificações

• Pharm.D or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in Pennsylvania as a pharmacist.
• Eligible for licensure in New York; NY license within 90 days if not current.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and dispense medications after review of physician orders.
• Participate in designated patient medication monitoring activities.
• Provide supervision of Pharmacy technicians and their roles.
