Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous hospital transporter experience is preferred.
• Ability to follow directions and maintain patient safety.

Responsibilities

• Transport patients using wheelchairs, stretchers, or beds.
• Identify patient information and ensure correct patient for transport.
• Use dispatch systems to confirm pick-up requests and coordinate with nursing staff.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of transport equipment and follow hospital policies.
