Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• 1 year of food or customer service experience.
• Knowledge of basic food handling practices and sanitation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, assemble, and distribute patient trays, retail and catering services in a timely and sanitary manner.
• Maintain dish room, wash dishes and clean food service areas.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation regulations and hospital policies.
• Assist in training of new employees.
