Qualifications

• Graduate of a NAACLS-accredited Pathologists’ Assistant program.
• ASCP-certified (PA ASCP) or certification-eligible.
• Experience in a hospital-based anatomic pathology setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform gross examination of surgical pathology specimens.
• Manage specimen triage, dissection, and submission.
• Assist with frozen sections in partnership with the attending pathologist.
