Job summary

Hudson Regional Health seeks an In-House Paralegal to support the General Counsel and Legal Department, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. You will draft and review a variety of agreements, perform legal research, assist with litigation and records management, and coordinate with internal departments to safeguard confidential

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a Paralegal in a corporate legal department or law firm setting.
• Paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program or an Associate/Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, revise, and manage a wide range of legal documents including service, vendor, and confidentiality agreements.
• Conduct legal research on statutes, case law, and healthcare regulations, and summarize findings for the General Counsel.
• Assist with litigation support, including coordinating with outside counsel and handling discovery materials.
• Maintain and organize physical and electronic legal files and corporate records to ensure accessible archives.
