PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Centennial Hills is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA/OTA) to join our inpatient care team in Las Vegas. You will work under an OT to support individualized therapy programs and help patients regain daily living skills.

Ideal candidates have OTA licensure, BLS, and prefer some inpatient hospital experience. This role emphasizes collaboration, documentation, and flexible response to patient needs within a multidisciplinary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited OTA program.
• Current OTA license in the state where the hospital is located.
• Current BLS certification.
• One year of clinical experience preferred.
• Inpatient hospital experience preferred, but motivated candidates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Implement therapeutic activities to improve functional independence.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate observations to the OT.
• Assist patients in developing daily living skills.
• Collaborate with nurses, therapists, physicians and care team.
• Educate patients and families during rehabilitation.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Follow established clinical standards and hospital procedures.
