The AA will propose management decisions, set objectives, and drive performance across departments, while promoting clinical quality, safety, service excellence and a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a related field is required.
• Master’s Degree in Nursing, Health Care Administration, Business, Social Work, Counseling or Psychology preferred.
• 1-3 years of work-related experience required.
• Leadership experience in behavioral health hospital or related setting.
• Knowledge and competency for regulatory and compliance agencies.

Responsibilities

• Play an active role in developing and executing the Hospital’s strategic plan and drive OKR progress.
• Serve as administrative representative at community meetings; convey professional, courteous, caring attitude.
• Oversee program development opportunities to enhance behavioral health services and growth margins.
• Use technology and innovative methods to improve quality and service delivery.
• Address deficiencies identified through Performance Improvement analyses with solution-focused actions.
• Foster internal communications via Town Halls, leadership meetings, committees, and trainings.
• Temporarily oversee departments during leadership vacancies and assume duties as needed.
• Knowledgeable about Service Excellence and Trauma Informed Care; treat patients and staff with dignity and confidentiality.
