The role oversees operations for assigned departments, partners with physicians and the Administrative Team, and ensures fiscal stewardship.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in business administration or healthcare administration required.
• 2+ years of experience in a hospital leadership role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to market/facility information requests with the Administrative Team.
• Collaborate with physicians to enhance processes or services.
• Provide administrative and operations leadership to assigned departments.
• Apply Customer Service principles to exceed internal and external customer expectations.
• Manage fiscal operations using the budget as a guideline.
• Oversee operations to achieve KPI targets.
• Meet leadership obligations under the Ethics and Compliance Program.
• Build strong relationships with physicians, employees, and peers.
• Utilize HCA tools (PLUS, CERS, CAMS Projects, Lawson) in management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
