Job summary

The Medical University Hospital Authority (MUHA) seeks a Chief Operating Officer to lead hospital operations, shape the future of patient care, and strengthen physician relations across the enterprise.

As a member of MUHA's senior leadership team, you will oversee multiple departments, drive strategic initiatives, ensure operational excellence, and stand in for the CEO when required. A Bachelor's in Business Administration or related field plus an MBA or Healthcare Administration is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; MBA or Healthcare Administration preferred.
• Minimum years: 4 years in a managerial position at an acute care hospital.
• Experience running multiple hospital departments and physician relations/recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Lead hospital operations and senior management decisions.
• Oversee physician relations and patient care initiatives.
