Ethos Veterinary Health seeks a visionary Hospital Director of Operations in Houston, TX to oversee a $60M+ P&L at a flagship, multi-specialty hospital. You will drive financial stewardship, regulatory compliance, and scalable operational excellence while guiding a large, diverse team toward transformational EBITDA growth.

We offer a competitive salary of $150K–$185K plus profit sharing, comprehensive benefits, and ongoing CE opportunities to foster growth and leadership development.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of senior leadership in large healthcare systems or multi-site settings.
• Deep expertise in financial management, budgeting, forecasting and EBITDA growth.
• Experience leading complex hospital operations and talent strategies.
• Advanced degree preferred (MHA or MBA).

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic and financial initiatives to support long-term mission.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and cost-efficiency efforts.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality patient care and service.
• Develop and mentor hospital leadership, aligning goals with objectives.
• Partner with Ethos Leadership to ensure alignment and performance.
