Covenant HealthCare in Michigan is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to function independently or with the physician team to provide comprehensive medical care for hospitalized patients, managing diagnoses, treatments, and transitions throughout the stay.

The role requires ACLS certification, active Michigan NP licensure, and a commitment to Extraordinary Care for Every Generation while collaborating with hospitalists and other professionals.

Formación

• Master’s degree in nursing from an accredited program.
• Current license as a Nurse Practitioner in Michigan.
• ACLS certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments with medical history and exams.
• Perform bedside procedures within scope of practice as credentialed.
• Diagnose acute/chronic illnesses and develop treatment plans.
• Monitor progress and modify plans as needed.
• Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatments, and prevention.
• Coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges with the care team.
