Job summary

Licking Memorial Health Systems (LMHS) is a leading non-profit health system serving Licking County. The role supports receiving, inventory management, and distribution of patient and non-patient supplies across the LMHS facilities.

The position emphasizes accuracy, adherence to procedures, and teamwork with Purchasing and Nursing staff. Responsibilities include verifying deliveries, reconciling documents, maintaining Pyxis stations, and ensuring items are delivered to the correct departments

Qualifications

• Requires ability to read, write and perform arithmetic.
• Must have forklift certification before operating forklift.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with hospital computer systems are preferred.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling deliveries and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect deliveries; verify quantities and condition.
• Record and reconcile receiving documents with packing slips.
• Maintain Pyxis supply stations and conduct weekly inventory.
• Prepare pick lists and replenish departmental sub-inventories to par levels.
• Deliver goods to end-user departments and off-campus LMHS locations.
