Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receives incoming materials and inspects/verifies items before signing for delivery.
• Maintains accurate record-keeping for receipt, storage and distribution of supplies and equipment.
• Prepares, distributes and transports supplies and equipment to facilities or departments as required.
• Ensures timely distribution in response to requisitions, requests and purchase orders.
• Maintains inventory levels and processes issues and credits for supplies and equipment.
• Replenishes specialty carts, trays and kits and checks for outdated supplies.
• Prepares and initiates return processes to vendors as instructed by documentation.
• Maintains cleanliness and security in all working areas and handles old/damaged materials.
