Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a Warehouse/Materials Handler for the Burlington Hospital area to receive, inspect, and sign for deliveries, ensuring accurate inventory and distribution records. The role operates 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with no weekends or holidays.

There is no required licensure or prior experience; a High School Diploma is sufficient. You will work with material management systems and lift up to 50 lbs as part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to operate basic computer functions and data entry devices.
• No experience required for entry level.

Responsibilities

• Receives incoming materials and inspects items before signing for delivery.
• Maintains accurate records for receipt, storage and distribution.
• Prepares and transports supplies to facilities as required.
• Distributes supplies in response to requisitions and purchase orders.
• Replenishes inventory and handles returns per documentation.
• Keeps work areas secure, clean, and organized.
