Job summary

Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital Plymouth is seeking a Full-time Materials Handler in Plymouth, MA to join our Supply Chain Operations team. You will process incoming materials, rotate stock, verify packing slips, and maintain accurate receiving records to support hospital operations.

This day shift (6:30am–3:00pm), 40 hours per week, requires a high school diploma or equivalent and basic computer literacy. Pay range listed: $17.69–$29.77 per hour under our collective bargaining agreement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; written and verbal English skills at a 12th grade level.
• Computer literacy required.

Responsibilities

• Process new items and rotate stock on shelf.
• Verify packing slips against purchase orders and record discrepancies.
• Receive, inspect, and store supplies and equipment.
• Maintain and organize receiving records (electronic and paper).
• Prepare returned packages for shipment by FedEx/UPS; ensure proper paperwork.
