Job summary

White Oak Medical Center is seeking an experienced Stockroom Clerk to join our Materials Management Department. The role involves identifying, picking, and distributing inventoried stock to maintain par levels, restocking shelves, and assisting customers in locating items throughout the storeroom and hospital.

Qualified candidates have a High School Diploma and prefer 2 years of relevant experience. Employment is full-time with a day shift, 40 hours per week, including weekends and rotating

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required or equivalent.
• Two years of relevant experience preferred in stockroom or supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Identify, pick, and distribute inventoried stock items to maintain par levels for assigned departments.
• Restock floor shelving, fill orders and respond to requests for supplies.
• Know where all items are kept in the Storeroom and help customers find requested items.
• Interact with external and internal customers for supply needs on phone, hospital-wide, and in storeroom.
• Help keep storeroom clean and organized.
• Ensure supplies are delivered in timely and accurate manner.
• Perform duties as assigned.
• Distribute non stock deliveries as needed.
