Job summary

St. Mary's Medical Center is seeking a full-time Material Distribution Clerk for the Central Stores Department. The Clerk replenishes PAR Locations by entering daily inventory counts and downloading data from handheld terminals, and delivers products to PAR Locations to meet established PAR levels.

Education requires a High School diploma or equivalent. Prior storeroom experience is desirable but not required; strong computer and typing skills are expected.

Qualifications

• Must have computer skills and ability to type 35 w.p.m.
• Reading ability to perform computer tasks accurately
• Good memory to aid in rapidly locating emergency supplies.

Responsibilities

• Replenishes assigned PAR Locations by entering daily inventory counts.
• Downloads data from handheld terminals to process documents.
• Delivers products to assigned PAR Locations to meet the established PAR Level.
• Performs duties under the direction of the Manager of Central Stores or designee.
