Job summary

District Vet Navy Yard, part of Mission Pet Health, seeks a Hospital Manager to lead a high-performing team in a busy DC veterinary hospital. You will own the hospital's financial health, guide recruiting and onboarding, and champion a culture that puts patient care and client service first.

You'll mentor staff, drive continuous improvements, collaborate with a network of over 20,000 veterinary professionals, and help ensure exceptional medical quality while balancing business goals.

Qualifications

  • Must have proven P&L management experience.
  • Experience recruiting, interviewing and building teams.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills; retail/medical setting preferred.
  • Veterinary/medical customer service background required.
