Job summary

Mission Pet Health is seeking a Hospital Manager in Seattle to foster a positive, collaborative culture while overseeing team development and hospital operations. You will guide onboarding, training, and long-term growth, ensuring alignment with WAG values and delivering excellent client and patient care.

You will own the hospital's financial health, manage P&L, labor costs, and inventory, and lead recruiting and hiring efforts for all hospital roles.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing a P&L with a track record of driving results.
• Experience recruiting, interviewing, and building high-quality teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Management experience in veterinary, medical, or customer-focused retail required.
