Your Impact as an Experienced Hospital Manager

• Location & Community Connection: This position is based in Columbia City, IN. The ideal candidate will live in or near Columbia City, Fort Wayne, or surrounding communities to support consistent on‑site leadership and local engagement.
• Lead an Established, Growing Hospital: We’re seeking an experienced veterinary Hospital Manager with a proven track record of successfully growing and/or maintaining hospital performance, team stability, and operational excellence.
• Cultivate a Healthy Culture: You’ll be the champion for a positive, engaged, and collaborative team environment that aligns with our WAG values.
• Develop Your Team: You’ll guide the career development of all team members, from onboarding and training to long‑term growth and success.
• Drive Business Success: You’ll have ownership of the hospital’s financial health, managing the P&L, labor costs, and inventory to meet and exceed business goals.
• Build a High-Performing Team: You’ll take the lead on recruiting, interviewing, and hiring top talent for all hospital roles.

• Prior management experience within a veterinary hospital is required.
