Job summary

FMOL Health is seeking an on-site Hospital Maintenance Technician to repair and maintain hospital machinery and mechanical equipment. You will report to the Manager of Engineering Services and perform preventative maintenance, part replacement, and diagnostics.

The ideal candidate holds a high school diploma or equivalent, with 3 years of experience in electrical, plumbing or HVAC work, and prior commercial maintenance experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Three years experience in electrical, plumbing or HVAC skills preferred.
• Previous experience in commercial maintenance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Examines machinery or mechanical equipment and identifies reason for malfunction. Performs preventative maintenance repair or replacement of broken parts. Uses hand tools, power tools and testing instruments for repairs and maintenance of machinery and equipment.
