Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Credential: Driver License with clean driving record.
• Experience: 1 year in building maintenance; basic electrical and plumbing.
• Preferred: 4 years in building maintenance with healthcare experience.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain hospital mechanical equipment, utility systems, furnishings and fixtures.
• Complete work orders and preventative maintenance to standards set by management.
• Report system deficiencies and wear outside of team capabilities.
• Follow safety procedures and use PPE when required.
• Assist during emergencies such as weather events or outages as needed.
• Adhere to environmental safety and permit requirements (ICRA, LOTO, etc.).
• Perform other duties within scope as assigned.
