Responsibilities

• Carpentry – constructs, alters and repairs rafters, walls, doors, paneling, windows, furniture, trim and framing. Refinishes doors, woodwork and furniture with stain and varnish.
• Painting – applies paint by accepted coating methods, including preparation and leveling of surfaces.
• Is able to work in the following fields under general supervision.
• Moving and storage of furniture – transports furniture and equipment from one location to another without damaging.
• May perform snow removal.
