Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience as a cook in a hospital or long-term care facility (≥1 year).
• ServSafe certification is required or must be obtained.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals in accordance with menus and portion control.
• Maintain sanitary kitchen and safe food handling.
• Prepare special diets accurately.
• Record temperatures and ensure food quality.
• Assist with serving meals and cleaning.
