Job summary

Pearl Healthcare is seeking a Hospital Liaison to join our team in Chicago's Medical District. This full-time role focuses on coordinating admissions, driving referrals, and building partnerships with hospitals and care teams.

The liaison will work closely with admissions and clinical staff to ensure smooth transitions of care, deliver Pearl Healthcare value to patients and families, and implement marketing events at partner facilities.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a marketing or similar role; strong sales experience and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, nursing, healthcare, business administration or other healthcare related field; preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promotes Pearl Healthcare's vision, mission, plans and standards within defined areas.
• Acts as liaison between hospitals and the facility.
• Performs in-person pre-admission screens for safe transition of care.
• Meets patients and families at the hospital bedside to answer questions and secure Pearl Healthcare as the facility of choice.
• Collaborates with admissions team and facility clinical staff on patient needs and equipment updates.
• Responsible for account integration focused on generating referrals/admissions and increasing market share.
• Plans and conducts marketing events at the facility to encourage referral sources to visit/tour.
• Coordinates customer satisfaction efforts at the facility.
• Uses admission tools to manage referral source sales.
• Builds relationships to gain prospective customers and referrals.
• Presents benefits based on customer needs and executes the sales/marketing plan.

• Promotes an understanding of the vision, mission, plans and standards of Pearl Healthcare within the defined areas of responsibility.
• Demonstrates teamwork through connecting with co-workers within and across departments.
• Acts as the liaison between the hospitals and the facility.
• Preforms in-person pre-admission screens to ensure a safe transition of care.
• Meets with patients and families at the hospital bedside to answer questions and secure Pearl Healthcare as the facility of choice.
• Works closely with the admissions team and facility clinical staff on patient clinical and equipment needs/updates.
• Responsible for account integration focused on generating referrals/admits and increasing market share.
• Creates and implements marketing events at the facility to encourage referral sources to visit/tour.

Qualifications

• One (1) year of experience in a marketing or similar role, ability to self-start and strong sales experience as well as interpersonal skills.
• Minimum of a bachelor's degree in marketing, nursing, healthcare, business administration or other healthcare related field, preferred.
