Hospital Liaison

Join Harbor Post Acute Rehabilitation Center, a skilled nursing facility dedicated to providing short-term, post-acute rehabilitation services and long-term health care, as a Hospital Liaison. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to generate referrals into our state-of-the-art skilled nursing facility by building relationships with physicians, hospitals, and other community resources.

About the Role:

As a Hospital Liaison, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with physicians, hospitals, and other community resources to generate referrals and expand our patient base
• Ensuring a high level of customer service through an effective admissions process, providing exceptional care to residents and their families
• Collaborating with the rehab team to provide comprehensive care to patients with complex post-surgical care needs and stroke patients

What We're Looking For:

• A Bachelor's Degree in healthcare, Marketing, Nursing, or a related field (highly preferred)
• At least one year of experience working in Marketing, Sales, or a related role in the healthcare industry (preferred)
• Entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to innovate and push boundaries
• Knowledge of and sensitivity to the needs of the aging
• Analytical, creative, and energetic individual with excellent communication skills
