Qualifications

• A two (2) year college degree and three (3) years management experience are required.
• Four year degree preferred.

• Ensure compliance with procedures, mission and standards within budgetary guidelines.
• Apply strong critical thinking and analytical skills to resolve problems and improve processes.
• Supervise day-to-day activities and communicate with the Director on budget and staffing.
