The Hospital Lab Supervisor will oversee daily operations within the Blood Bank Laboratory, a high-acuity transfusion services department dedicated to precision, safety, and rapid turnaround times. As part of an integrated health system, patient-focused care model, the transfusion services and immunohematology team partners closely with physicians, nurses, and surgical staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Equipped with advanced analyzers, strong infection prevention protocols, and robust quality assurance programs, the Blood Bank Laboratory provides critical support for emergency services, surgical procedures, and complex medical cases. The Hospital Lab Supervisor will champion regulatory compliance, maintain accreditation standards, and foster a culture of continuous improvement within this essential diagnostic environment.

Reporting to the Laboratory Manager and collaborating with Pathologists and hospital leadership, the Hospital Lab Supervisor will guide a team of skilled Medical Technologists, Medical Laboratory Scientists, and support staff.
