Responsibilities

• Sets up dish machine and washes dishes by hand or in a machine.
• Cleans and sanitizes kitchen, cafeteria and related areas.
• Maintains storerooms and rotates stock per HACCP procedures.
• Assists with tray line duties and patient meals as needed.
• Responds to staff/customer requests promptly and courteously.
• Supports department with coverage during shortages and participates in trainings.
