Job summary

Qualifications

• Must read, write, and understand verbal/written instructions; perform basic math.
• One year food prep or production experience.
• Safe and sanitary food handling techniques.
• Proper use of equipment such as knives and mixers.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and sanitizes trays, dishes, equipment per schedule.
• Receives, verifies order, stores food and supplies; rotates stock.
• Sets up workstation, prepares and portions items; follows recipes.
• Measures temperatures and ensures food safety standards.
• Communicates with cooks and supervisors; performs other duties.
• Complies with safety, quality, and efficiency standards as a High Reliability Organization.
