Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation of hot food items for next day as indicated by menu cycle.
• Fruit and vegetable preparation and food portioning and other bulk food preparation.
• Deliver trays to patients and assist with serving food items.
• Maintain sanitation and safety practices, and monitor temperature controls.
• Perform other duties such as dishwashing, cleaning, and restocking as needed.
