Responsibilities

• Supervises patient tray line activities to ensure proper setup and timely delivery of patient food trays and carts.
• Monitors food preparation across all areas (Salad makers, Cooks, Bakers) with proper food handling techniques.
• Reviews daily patient census to adjust production needs.
• Keeps Cafeteria stocked with food items as needed.
• Updates sanitation schedules and logs per hospital and departmental policies.
• Post schedules and assess staffing to ensure proper kitchen/cafeteria coverage.
• Supervises cafeteria line to ensure proper setup and product quality/temperature.
• Sets up cash drawers for cafeteria cashiers and completes cash sale reports.
