Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Group company, is hiring immediately for full-time dishwasher positions at Pikeville Medical Center, Pikeville, KY (ZIP 41501). The shift runs 12:00 pm to 8:30 pm, days may vary.

Responsibilities

Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or places them in racks or on conveyor to dishwashing machine depending on assigned equipment.
Washes pots, pans and trays while ensuring sanitation.
Polishes silver using appropriate equipment and procedures, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation.
Ensures compliance with outlined safety procedures.
Maintains temperatures and chemical levels as outlined by provided standards.
