Job summary

The Northeastern Nevada Regional Hospital in Elko, NV is seeking a friendly and reliable Hospital Dishwasher as part of the HHS Culinary and Nutrition Solutions team. This full-time role supports the hospital cafeteria by maintaining a clean kitchen, kitchenware, and dining area.

Responsibilities include operating a 3-compartment sink, stocking and labeling deliveries, cleaning floors and equipment, and adhering to health and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to communicate in English and work well in a team.
• Maintain personal hygiene and wear required uniform.

Responsibilities

• Maintain order and cleanliness of kitchen, dining room, and storeroom.
• Set up and operate a 3-compartment sink and dish machine.
• Stock deliveries, label and date products, and break down boxes.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop floors and clean high-traffic areas.
• Follow health and safety policies.
• Assist team members to ensure efficient operation.
