HHS is hiring a dishwasher for Northeastern Nevada Regional Hospital. This full-time, on-site position involves maintaining cleanliness of the kitchen, dining room, and storeroom, stocking supplies, and supporting health and safety protocols in a hospital environment.

Responsibilities include washing and sanitizing dishes, labeling and dating items, and assisting with deliveries and setup. Strong teamwork and English communication are essential, with flexibility for day/evening/night shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Communicate effectively in English and work well in a team environment.
• Must practice good personal hygiene, be neatly groomed, and be in uniform.

Responsabilités

• Dishwasher in a healthcare facility setting.
• Put away deliveries, label and date products, and break down boxes.
• Stock and monitor towels and soap dispensers throughout the shift.
• Clean and return all kitchen equipment and serving ware in a timely manner.
• Set up and maintain a 3-compartment sink and dish machine.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, and spot clean floors and high-traffic areas.
• Monitor and empty trash cans.
• Adhere to the facility's health and safety policies and procedures.
• Assist team members and management as needed to help the department operate efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Background check, drug screen, and proof of employment eligibility required
• Location: Northeastern Nevada Regional Hospital

Physical Requirements

• Capable of prolonged standing and walking continuously, pushing dish racks, frequent stooping, bending, and lifting up to 40 pounds
• Must be able to operate equipment necessary to perform essential functions of the job
• Preferred: Culinary experience (cook, commercial kitchen, fast food, hotel operations, healthcare, dishwasher, housekeeping, janitor, custodian)
