Job summary

Concord Hospital Health System is seeking a Food Service Cook for The Learning Center shift. You will prepare hot and cold foods, manage daily production, and ensure compliance with sanitary guidelines. The role requires following HACCP standards and participating in department meetings to maintain quality and efficiency.

Preferred is a high school diploma with at least one year of related experience. You will work with standard kitchen equipment and contribute to menu planning and food quality

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year related experience or training.
• Ability to follow HACCP and sanitary guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare hot and cold foods according to department and sanitary standards.
• Prepare and order daily production amounts.
• Complete sanitation and housekeeping activities.
• Utilize departmental equipment operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Adhere to hospital policies including HACCP and related regulations.
• Actively attend departmental meetings.
