Job summary

Quail Run Hospital in Phoenix, AZ, is seeking a Cook to prepare and serve breakfast, lunch and dinner for patients and staff in accordance with approved menus and production sheets.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years’ experience in quantity cooking preferred.
• Basic knowledge of modified diets.
• Training in food service sanitation and safety.

Responsibilities

• Open/close the kitchen and maintain a clean work area and dining room.
• Prepare meals according to menu cycle and production sheets.
• Document temperatures and report equipment issues to supervisor.
• Assist with washing dishes and maintain the dish room.
