• Prepares food.
• Follow ServSafe sanitary policies and procedures for preparation, storage and service of food.
• Completes cleaning and sanitation assignments.
• Processes, stores, and utilizes leftover foods.
• Instructs and assists meal servers.
• Supports and promotes Wayne UNC Health Care's Guest Relations Policy.
• Supports Wayne UNC Health Care's Corporate Compliance efforts.
